Job Summary

A specialty fashion retailer has a current position open for a Remote Senior Learning and Leadership Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Establish partnerships within HR, the business and the extended Learning & Leadership team
  • Partner closely with team members to identify and align on learning needs and strategies
  • Lead agile work teams where design thinking is used from discovery, to determine root cause, through delivery

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in adult learning
  • Strong consultative approach with experience conducting needs analysis
  • Experience in end-to-end learning design
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and influence peers and leadership
