Job Summary
A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Senior Learning Design Professional.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing and developing learning solutions for both new hire and existing associates
- Conducting needs analysis and use findings to develop learning solutions for specific audience needs
- Facilitating training sessions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience developing curriculum content
- 3+ years of facilitation experience with adult learners
- Proficiency designing virtual Instructor-Led training using WebEx or other virtual tools
- Experience assessing training using data validation/assessments
- Minimum of 2 years in a consumer facing role within a business
