Job Summary

A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Senior Learning Design Professional.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Writing effective learning objectives and coordinates performance assessments
• Designing, facilitating, and analyzing learning and development content on topics, tools, and resources
• Partnering with subject matter experts to provide input for course content

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor's degree (learning, communications etc)
• 5 or more years of learning design experience-experience designing, building and delivering learning curriculums/programs
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with successful outcomes
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
