Job Summary

A health insurance and wellness company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Learning Design Professional.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Designing and developing learning solutions for both new hire and existing associates to support role-based organizational needs
• Conducting needs analysis and use findings to develop learning solutions targeted to meet specific audience needs
• Using a disciplined instructional design approach to create meaningful, memorable learning experiences

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Medicaid/Medicare business lines
• Minimum 3 years of facilitation experience with adult learners
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a consumer facing role within a business
• Strong knowledge of Articulate Storyline/Rise, Photoshop, Audition, and/or Camtasia
