Job Summary

An education company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Learning Platform Technical Support Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Provide exemplary technical customer support to internal and external customers via phone, chat, email, video conferencing
  • Provide technical support including product support, networking, hardware/software, and other technical trouble-shooting

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in technical customer support
  • Experience supporting Software as a Service, web browsers, networking principles, application support, hardware device support
  • Ability to quickly learn new features and particulars of software applications
