Job Summary
An education company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Learning Platform Technical Support Representative.
Must be able to:
- Provide exemplary technical customer support to internal and external customers via phone, chat, email, video conferencing
- Provide technical support including product support, networking, hardware/software, and other technical trouble-shooting
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years experience in technical customer support
- Experience supporting Software as a Service, web browsers, networking principles, application support, hardware device support
- Ability to quickly learn new features and particulars of software applications
