Job Summary
A drug development company and clinical research organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Legal Contract Manager in Morrisville.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Review, comment and negotiate the Master Service Agreement (MSA) with sponsor
- Liaise with Legal Department and other required Departments to ensure MSAs are acceptable
- Obtain necessary approvals for special language in MSAs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience with review and negotiation of MSAs
- Working knowledge of general legal and contracting principles
- Four to six years of direct experience with CRO or pharmaceutical data; sourcing, integration, analysis, and reporting
- Advanced Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
