Job Summary
A technology services provider is in need of a Remote Senior Legal Counsel in Santa Clara.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Clearly analyzing and summarizing complex legal issues for non-lawyers
- Triaging workload and communicate early and often about management of priorities
- Working independently and communicate well with all levels of management
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bar admission and in good standing to practice law in your relevant jurisdiction
- Strong problem solving, drafting and communication skills
- 5+ years of relevant commercial experience either in a technology company and/or top law firm
