Remote Senior Legal Specialist

Job Summary

A tehcnology company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Legal Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Advising the Employee Lifecycle Team to quickly and compliantly onboard, manage and off-board employer of record employees
• Developing excellent template contracts and knowledge resources
• Supporting People team regarding internal employee matters

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Senior US qualified employment lawyer with previous in-house experience
• Extensive experience in advisory employment work including the entire employee lifecycle
• Interested in working for a tech-scaleup and specifically HR-tech
• Keen to understand a whole range of international employment law challenges
• Ability to learn and master Remote's communication application, contract management system, documentation sources, etc
• Writes and speaks fluent English
