Job Summary
A tehcnology company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Legal Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Advising the Employee Lifecycle Team to quickly and compliantly onboard, manage and off-board employer of record employees
- Developing excellent template contracts and knowledge resources
- Supporting People team regarding internal employee matters
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Senior US qualified employment lawyer with previous in-house experience
- Extensive experience in advisory employment work including the entire employee lifecycle
- Interested in working for a tech-scaleup and specifically HR-tech
- Keen to understand a whole range of international employment law challenges
- Ability to learn and master Remote's communication application, contract management system, documentation sources, etc
- Writes and speaks fluent English
