Job Summary
A travel agency has an open position for a Remote Senior Leisure Travel Advisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Meeting or exceeding annual sales revenue target
- Providing exceptional customer service resulting in repeat business and referrals
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience in domestic and international ticketing
- 5+ years of experience in servicing premium travel clientele
- Proven customer service and sales skills, proactive with clients
- Critical thinking skills to resolve customer issues
- Proven ability to foster and value client and team relationships
- Travel Industry knowledge including worldwide destinations and premium cruise and tour suppliers
