Job Summary

A company providing contract program management services is in need of a Senior Level Procurement Acquisition Program Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Serve as an advisor to management on the evaluation of the effectiveness of acquisition programs
• Analyze data and develop reports upon request
• Develop comprehensive forecasting tools for programs for life-cycle cost analyses of projects

Qualifications Include:

• 10 years experience
• Knowledge of the substantive nature of the development of requirement packages
• Knowledge of federal and USDA regulations and policies
• Knowledge of the analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing program development
• Skills in the application of fact-finding and investigative techniques
• One or more of the company listed certifications
