Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Licensed Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Providing expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and / or providers
  • Responding to complex calls and resolving customer service inquiries
  • Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma / GED or 10+ years of equivalent working experience
  • Health License is required or must be able to obtain within 60 days
  • Any customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
  • Any experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer
  • Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
  • Ability to navigate a computer while on the phone
