Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Licensed Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and / or providers
- Responding to complex calls and resolving customer service inquiries
- Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma / GED or 10+ years of equivalent working experience
- Health License is required or must be able to obtain within 60 days
- Any customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- Any experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer
- Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
- Ability to navigate a computer while on the phone
