A life insurance company is seeking a Remote Senior Life Insurance Consumer Revenue Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Build and continue to optimize the sales process, system tools, and reporting
- Oversee the refining and maintenance of sales capacity and territories
- Define and drive impactful projects to deliver rapid growth while introducing innovative ideas into the business

- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in building and managing a high performance team
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking combined with leadership excellence to drive change
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com and other sales productivity tools
- Superior communication skills and high credibility to collaborate internally/externally
- Ability to participate in strategic planning and quota allocation sessions for planning
