Job Summary
A real estate company is in need of a Remote Senior Life Sciences Contract Manager in Indianapolis.
Must be able to:
- Oversee high risk contract compliance on medium to large sized account engagements
- Manage process improvement initiatives to meet contract objectives
- Produce ad hoc financial reports, packages and pro forma analyses for management
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent from four year college or university
- Minimum of eight years related work experience
- Experience to include budgeting, finance, procurement and/or business analytics
- Previous experience working in a matrixed organization structure
- Ability to ensure compliance with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Ability to engage appropriate resources in issue identification and resolution
