Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Remote Senior Lifecycle and Email Marketing Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating a vision and plan to revamp the end-to-end digital user journey
- Identifying customer pain points and needs in the user journey
- Creating and managing all self-serve email campaign execution
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Meet in person with their teams at least twice a year
- 5-8 years of experience in a Lifecycle and/or Email Marketing Manager role
- Have a confident, encouraging voice and streamlined writing style
- Experience keeping track of metrics and being able to report on them
- Experienced project leader
- Understand lifecycle marketing strategies and marketing automation
