Job Summary
A mental health telemedicine company is seeking a Remote Senior Litigation Counsel.
Must be able to:
- Develop strategies and tactics for complex, high-profile litigation, disputes and investigations
- Work with key leaders to help identify and mitigate legal issues
- Provide counsel and guidance to business leaders concerning risk mitigation and process changes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Juris Doctorate from a leading law school and bar admission in good standing
- Licensed to practice law in your state of residence
- 7+ years of experience with complex litigation matters
- Experience in developing and deploying strategies for complex, high-profile disputes
- Disputes, claims and investigation experience involving regulated entities operating in multiple jurisdictions
- Strong leadership, drafting, investigation, organizational and interpersonal skills
