Job Summary
A multi-national insurance company has an open position for a Remote Senior Litigation Property Claims Adjuster.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Examining and interpreting homeowner policies, forms in force, and other records
- Investigating relevant facts needed to evaluate coverage, liability and damages on litigation claim files involving complex property damage and coverage issues
- Responding to decisions, agreements, and/or court orders
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree or higher and three years 1st Party Property claims experience
- Or seven years of prior work experience within claims, financial services, customer service, construction, property management, medical or related field; at least 3 years of which must be 1st Party Property claims experience
- Able to create litigation strategy and determine need for coverage opinions
