A company that provides advanced mission-focused technology solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Live Virtual Constructive Training Subject Matter Expert.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Planning and Developing LVC Training Concepts
• Providing Subject Matter Expertise to inform and develop LVC Training prototypes
• Supporting proposal development on LVC Proposals

Position Requirements Include:

• Ground Combat Experience as an Infantryman
• At least two years experience developing and training realistic exercise training forces that emulate threat forces
• Five years Training Ground Combat or SOF Forces
• Graduate of US Army School of Advanced Military Studies or USMC School of Advanced Warfighting
• Experience planning and conducting Service Level Training Exercises and Experiments integrating prototypes
• Experience running exercise and experiment Red, Blue and White Cells and collecting exercise/experiment data
