Job Summary
A technology solutions company is in need of a Remote Senior Live Virtual Constructive Training Subject Matter Expert.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting proposal development on LVC Proposals
- Planning and conducting Realistic Adaptive Adversary Force Training (RAAFT) to test
- Studying, developing and assessing Human Performance Metrics and Technologies as applied to LVC Training
Position Requirements Include:
- At least two years experience developing and training realistic exercise training forces that emulate threat forces
- Experience planning and conducting Service Level Training Exercises and Experiments integrating prototypes
- Five Years Experience Training Ground Combat or SOF Forces in employment of Infantry Weapons Systems
- Experience running exercise and experiment Red, Blue and White Cells and collecting exercise/experiment data
- Top Secret (With SCI Eligibility)
