Job Summary

A healthcare and senior living company is in need of a Remote Senior Living Provider Relations Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting a high-quality network of aligned providers across markets, through development and maintance of provider relationships
  • Guiding partners from initial provider onboarding through ongoing engagement and relationship optimization
  • Researching and triaging of provider issues including but not limited to claims, contracting details, and clinic inquiries to swift resolution

Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Some experience in network relations, provider contracting, and/or health plan operations experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented and organized
