Job Summary
An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Loan Administrator.
Must be able to:
- Process transactions
- Generate statements/notices to the borrower
- Generate participant statements /notices to the syndication lender
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial and mortgage loan administration or equivalent work experience
- Strong ability to communicate professionally with internal / external contacts
- Ability to identify a processing issue and be able to formulate a resolution
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, with advanced working knowledge of Excel
