Job Summary

A provider of title insurance and settlement services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Loan Examiner Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing queue of Client loans
  • Performing retrospective Quality Control Reviews on performing and default loans
  • Answering questions within review module by auditing Client systems, data and documents

Qualifications Include:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of RESPA, TILA, and ECOA as they relate to mortgage loans, and familiarity with Investor/Agency guidelines
  • Experience with reviewing defaulted loans for Bankruptcy, Collections, Loss Mitigation, and/or Foreclosure (understanding of processes, procedures + timelines)
  • Extensive experience with escrows, payment processing, loan boarding
