Remote Senior Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Sr. Loan Processor, Wholesale.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan submissions, monitor incoming documents, and verify data collected by Brokers
• Organize and input loan information into the Loan Origination System (LOS) and maintain open files
• Ensure compliance with company policies and investor guidelines while communicating with external and internal parties to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience
• Three or more years of Loan Processing work experience required
• Thorough knowledge of mortgage loan processing and underwriting guidelines
• Experience with Encompass/Empower preferred
• Familiarity with Desktop Underwriting (DU), Loan Prospector (LP), or other Automated Underwriting Engines (AUS) preferred
