Job Summary

A mortgage lender has an open position for a Remote Senior Loan Processor in Danvers.

Must be able to:

  • Assemble the complete loan package in proper order for underwriting
  • Perform a thorough review and analysis of borrower’s credit
  • Prepare a loan approval summary

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of current residential mortgage processing experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general knowledge of all mortgage and consumer lending regulations
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
