Job Summary

A full-service mortgage services company is in need of a Remote Senior Loan Servicing Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Performing outbound calls and receive inbound calls from mortgagors
  • Following up with appropriate departments to obtain missing documents
  • Pulling all required documents for both new and current loans.

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Associates Degree or higher in business or a related field
  • Highly proficiency w/ MS Office, specifically Excel and Word
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking or a finance-related field
  • Working knowledge of loan documentation, loan systems, operations, and accounting
