A locksmith and key technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Locksmith Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensuring workforce management is optimized to respond to volume to best service our customers
- Hiring and continuously training the team to respond to customer questions and complaints
- Ensuring agents understand what individual impact their performance has on team objectives
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience building processes and supporting SOPs and Certifications
- Experience managing a remote team
- Proven track record leading and managing a high-volume, customer-facing team of 20+
