Job Summary

A locksmith and key technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Locksmith Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensuring workforce management is optimized to respond to volume to best service our customers
  • Hiring and continuously training the team to respond to customer questions and complaints
  • Ensuring agents understand what individual impact their performance has on team objectives
