Job Summary
A machine data engineering tool has an open position for a Remote Senior Machine Data Technical Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing a deep technical understanding of LogStream
- Providing extraordinary technical support to our Enterprise customers and across various channels
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BS degree in Computer Science or similar degree, or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 year supporting enterprise customers or working hands-on with distributed systems
- Passionate about working on complex technical issues
- Expert-level troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and a critical thinker
- Excellent client-facing skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong experience with Linux, AWS, Azure, Networking
