Job Summary
An insurtech company has an open position for a Remote Senior Machine Learning Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing hands-on technical leadership designing, developing, testing, deploying, and improving software
- Writing reliable, scalable, maintainable software primarily in Python
- Participating in research, collaborating with data analysts and scientists to turn experiments into production systems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least five years of experience contributing significantly to the development of ML systems and solutions
- A minimum of two years of experience leading technical projects and teams of people
- Real-world experience working with containerized deployment environments
- Background in multiple testing methodologies, such as unit testing, integration testing, load testing, etc
- Experience translating business and product requirements into technical specifications and engineering plans
