Job Summary

An integration, API management, and analytics provider is in need of a Remote Senior Maintenance Renewal Professional.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing renewals across North America to achieve and exceed the quarterly quota
• Maintaining a close relationship with customers and proactively contact them to mitigate risks of cancellations
• Ensuring systems and data are managed for complete accuracy

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Proven experience successfully achieving and exceeding performance goals
• 2+ years of experience in negotiation and Management oriented role
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with peers and managers across the organization
• Ability to maintain a professional dialogue and demeanor in challenging situations
