Job Summary

An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Senior Major Incident IT Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Driving a proactive approach to Major Incident response and resolution
• Owning the facilitation, coordination, and communication of IT outages
• Managing activities and processes involved in restoring IT services after disruptions in IT services occur

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related
• 2 years of related work experience working with infrastructure and/or applications
• In lieu of a degree, 4 years related work experience working with infrastructure and/or applications
