Job Summary
An Internet domain registrar and web hosting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Collaborating with partner teams to develop investigative processes for conducting complex fraud investigations to prevent and mitigate malicious and fraudulent use of the platform
- Gathering and tabulating data using manual and automated tools
- Leveraging investigative skills to uncover fraud patterns by connecting dots and analyzing fraud trends
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Has 5+ years of work experience with 2+ years of people management experience
- Excellent at crafting functional and organizational processes that scale with growth
- Has industry expertise (E-Commerce Risk, Payments, Trust & Safety)
- Highly analytical and skilled at using metrics to drive decision-making
