An educational services and content company has an open position for a Remote Senior Manager Desktop Support in Mason.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supervising team ensuring that each member is achieving goals
- Working with cross-functional teams to ensure organizational alignment
- Identifying continual improvement initiatives within the desktop support environment
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing information technology operation teams
- Ability to travel within North America as required (travel not more than 10%)
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent career experience
- 5+ years of experience working in the information technology industry
- Experience managing virtual/remote teams across North America
- Experience in strategic technology planning and policy development
