- Working closely with leaders across Product and Technology and GTM teams
- Partnering with leaders to drive global growth strategy including a Center of Excellence in Mexico and other international offices

- Quantitative approach to HR: you are able to utilize data to drive the best decisions for the organization and teams
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of HR experience with a focus on business partnering, talent management, and employee engagement
