Job Summary
A financial technology developer has an open position for a Remote Senior Manager Training and Certification.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Define, specify and implement a training and certification program
- Manage the program and the supporting team of eLearning specialists
- Contribute to select components of the eLearning content
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least 5+ years of eLearning program, instructional design, and development experience
- At least 3+ years’ experience managing a team of eLearning specialists
- Experience with leading, designing, or managing a certification program
- Proficiency with at least one LMS platform
