- Ability to build quantitative models to help guide business decisions
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and ecosystems
- Experience working at a software or system company
- Understanding of technology and its application to solve customer challenges
- Understanding of research design, e.g., knowing when to use a survey, in-depth interviews, focus groups, or mixed methods
