Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Remote Senior Marketing Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Closely partner with Sales Ops, Business Apps on system flow to improve the flow of leads to BDR and Sales
- Troubleshoot data issues, effectively communicating impact, resolution, and associated timelines
- Act as a consultant to the broader marketing organization, advising on sophisticated marketing automation builds
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of Marketo and Salesforce administration experience
- Knowledge of best practices around data management
- Passion for building teams that thrive on hard work, trust, and transparency
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Deep understanding of Marketo's ecosystem of tools and how they work in concert with Marketo and Salesforce capabilities
