Qualifications for this position include:
- Coordinates Marketing Department training and offsites
- 5 years experience in sales, marketing or operations within the biopharmaceutical industry with a BA/BS
- Experience as project manager leading complex pharmaceutical project deliverables
- Track record of strategic planning capabilities, leading organizational change and training
- Demonstrated leadership ability,
- Experience with budget management and agency management
