Job Summary

A customer success company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Marketing Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Owning and driving complex cross-team programs, projects, and initiatives affecting goals and objectives
• Delivering on many unrelated initiatives at the same time
• Identifying, initiating, and implementing process and project management improvements

Qualifications Include:

• 8+ years of experience working in a program management role for a dynamic SaaS of Software company
• Passion for collaborating with and motivating cross-functional teams
• Experience building and rolling out processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization skills with excellent attention to detail
• Experience with SaaS-based project management tools like Monday.com, Wrike, Smartsheet etc
