Job Summary

A media and technology company has an open position for a Remote Senior Marketing Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Determining business needs before, during, and after the recruiting process
• Sourcing relevant profiles through multiple active and passive channels in partnership with our Talent Sourcer

Required Skills:

• 4-5+ years of prior experience in a Recruiting/Staffing role
• 2+ years of Marketing-specific recruiting experience
• A Bachelor’s degree OR sufficient relevant work experience
• Excellent communication skills combined with an enthusiastic and dynamic personality and presence
• The ability to build quality relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates
• Exceptional organizational skills
