Job Summary

A digital marketing solutions company is in need of a Remote Senior Marketing Sales Operations Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Understand the sales approach, contribute to the subject matter expertise of the team
• Identify trends across teams; provide cadenced deep dive analysis of KPIs
• Execute monthly and quarterly variable commission auditing, processing, and communication

Required Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales planning or sales operations role
• Experience in data mining and reporting systems/platforms
• Experience with Salesforce
• Ability to provide recommendations and deliver presentations to all levels
• High School diploma or equivalent
