An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Marketing Software Sales Development Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Hiring, coaching, and managing a team of Sales Development Reps
- Developing the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member
- Motivating team members through creative incentives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4+ years in the software sales space as both an SDR & closer
- Proven track record of success as an SDR Manager
- Consistent track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as an individual contributor
- Experience managing and improving Sales Development KPIs
