Job Summary
An internet marketplace has an open position for a Remote Senior Marketplace Infrastructure Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design and implement solutions to further establish our IT infrastructure using centrally managed cloud-based tools
- Lead a global network that consists of end-user office networks and warehousing center networks using the Meraki platform
- Evaluate technology and business processes with a focus on automating manual processes whenever possible
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms, including Azure and AWS
- Strong understanding in any of the following software/services: Azure compute and Azure Identity, Meraki Networking or
- Endpoint management technologies (JAMF/Intune)
- Experience using JavaScript, Python, XML, HTML, JSON, AJAX, SOAP/REST
- Experience writing technical documentation in an infrastructure development environment
- Ability to script and develop using PowerShell and or Bash with a focus on automation
