Job Summary

A health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Medical Business Intelligence Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Describing the tools, technologies, applications and practices
  • Beginning to influence department’s strategy
  • Making decisions on moderately complex to complex issues

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong knowledge of data mining and writing ad-hoc SQL queries
  • Strong knowledge of database and business intelligence concepts
  • Experience in process design and mapping using Visio or equivalent tools
  • Demonstrable expertise with Excel for data analytics and graphical presentations
  • Experience in data management, data extraction and data reporting
