Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Senior Medical Coder in Minneapolis.

Must be able to:

• Investigate stopped claims
• Perform clinical review of claims vs medical records
• Maintain standards for productivity and accuracy

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Medical record coding experience
• Experience in Evaluation and Management Services in the outpatient/office setting
• Experience in claim processing, healthcare provider information
• Experience in healthcare billing practices
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and claim coding
• Have the following certifications, CPC, CIC, COC, CPMA, CCS
