A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Medical Collections Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing research and documents on various computer systems
- Contacting customers through a variety of methods (e-mail, form letters and phone calls)
- Preparing and submitting reports to internal management
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 10+ years of equivalent working experience
- 1+ years of Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience
- 1+ years of Medical Collection experience
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
