Job Summary

A global pharmaceutical company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Medical Collections Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer focus and communication to internal and external clients
• Resolve any accounts receivables requests in a timely and accurate manner; escalate payer / patient complaints accordingly
• Manage targeted accounts to ensure proper reimbursement is received

Position Requirements Include:

• Requires broad training in fields such as pharmacy, revenue cycle management, durable medical equipment, home infusion, or similar
• Comprehension of medical terminology
• Strong experience with commercial, government and pharmacy payers
• Root cause analyses skills
• Excellent knowledge and experience with contracts, appeals, recoupments, offset, and forwarding balance
