Job Summary

A scientific communications provider of the future is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Medical Communications Project Manager in New York City.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Responsible for the on-time, on-budget completion of the agency’s projects
• Manage project workload while effectively handling department and staff needs
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and reconciliations of active project work

Qualifications for this position include:

• 3+ years’ experience in an advertising or digital agency
• 7+ year of project management experience preferably in a Medcomm or Live Meeting
• Passionate about managing and mentoring a team
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Can lead others by example and through effective management principles
