Remote Senior Medical Contract Analyst

Job Summary

A healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Medical Contract Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Facilitating development and maintenance of CTA templates with CBM, study team, and sponsor legal team
• Training and mentoring site contracting representatives on study templates and CTA processes
• Serving as primary point of escalation for SC Reps on contract negotiations for the study

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Strong communication skills to be able to interact with internal groups as well as external groups
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Intermediate presentation skills
• Able to proactively identify project opportunities, challenges/risks, ongoing consistent issues and implement appropriate actions
• Ability to work in a matrix, cross-functional team
• Able to understand legal language, clearly articulate and explain and/or defend template contract decisions and rationales
