Job Summary
A pharmaceutical and biotechnology development company has an open position for a Remote Senior Medical Engagement Center of Excellence Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as a matrix leader within the Global Medical Engagement Center of Excellence
- Implementing Field Medical analytics
- Facilitating stakeholder mapping and engagement
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Advanced scientific degree with business experience or business degree with scientific experience
- 7-10 years global/in-market Pharma/Biopharma Medical Affairs -or equivalent experience
- Experience shaping, developing and implementing regional and in-market plans for medical engagement
- Experience with strategic planning processes and tools
- In-depth understanding of industry regulations and requirements relevant for all aspects of Medical Affairs
- Experience interpreting forecasts, budgets, financial processes and tools
