A healthcare provider is seeking a Remote Senior Medical Pillar Director in El Segundo.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing, translating and executing strategies or functional/operational objectives at national level
- Directing others to resolve highly complex or unusual business problems that affect major functions or disciplines
- Driving programs that impact markets of customers and consumers
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel domestically on airplanes 20-30% with overnight stays in hotels
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Science or a related field
- Ability to effectively work with various levels of staff, including peers and executive management
- 5+ years of related healthcare patient/provider experience, operations, quality improvement
- 3+ years of experience working specifically in an ambulatory or diverse medical group setting
- Collaborative, strategic, politically savvy, strong influencing skills
