A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Medical Provider Compensation Partner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing consultative subject matter expertise, guidance and analysis related to provider compensation
  • Ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness and compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations
  • Understanding business issues and collectively developing comprehensive compensation strategies

Required Skills:

  • 5 years experience in Compensation
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required or 4 years experience in lieu of a degree
  • Graduate degree preferred
